Feed integration

Updated by Constance Colboc

Why and when does Multiply update your integration?

At the outset, you configured one or more integrations to retrieve useful data from a feed for Multiply. Refreshing an integration allows Multiply to update the data obtained from your feed. With a refresh, Multiply updates all the data mapped in the integration configuration.

Multiply automatically updates your integrations once a day.

How to manually refresh an integration in Multiply?

Manually refreshing your integration allows you to immediately update your data without waiting for the automatic refresh. Multiply retrieves the updated data earlier and can adjust pricing parameters and recommendations accordingly.

Task > Task Category = Integration > Task Types = Loading Incoming Feeds > Integration = select the integration

Access the latest updates and click the Play button on the right.

The task is scheduled; it may not start immediately.

Depending on the size of the feed, refreshing the integration you requested can take up to two hours.

To see the task you just requested, refresh the page.

Where can I find the result of my integration?

Import and Export > Imported Feeds

  • The status of the feed processing can be:
    • Completed with or without errors > the feed could be fully read (without errors) or partially (with errors)
    • Failed > the feed could not be read
  • The blue arrow allows you to download your feed before integration.
  • The booklet symbol to its right allows you to download the integration report. This report contains the exact data imported into Multiply.
